The Parsonage Wedding Photography with Lauren & Matthew

What a day to photograph my first wedding at The Parsonage near Airth, Storm Desmond blew in and made the journey to the venue hard enough without the extra problems he created during the day!

Power failure, flooding ... it certainly made the day unique for Lauren & Matthew. If they were worried about the effect's of the storm on their wedding day, you wouldn't have known it, they simply carried on and had a fantastic day with their family and friends. Hats off to the staff at the Parsonage they did their very best to keep the lights on and when they did go off, they had plenty of candles at the ready.

Their were a few other surprises for Lauren & Matthew during the evening, Lauren's mother had organised Singing Waiters to serenade everybody during dinner and then the Dunblane Pipe Band arrived after the first dance to show their skills with the pipes and drums.

Despite the weather ... a truly great day.

Nick
